Hawaii a dream destination
Beginning of this year my family planned a great surprise for me and I didn’t have a clue about it till they hit me with it. As I had a terrible year in 2009 my family planned a lovely trip to Hawaii for me. As soon as it hit 2010 on the 1st January, my family came to my room to ask me how I was feeling after a great night. I replied with a quiz look on my face: I am good hungovered but what are you guys doing up here?.
They looked at me with a smile and I just had a feeling there was something going on. After few minutes they all replied at once look what we got for you? – I was like noooo not another arrange marriage proposal. I asked and what is that, then they all screamed out loud with “three weeks holiday package to Hawaii”! I was so excited. I jumped around with excitement and joy also gave them a massive hug. I was already having visions of Hawaiian women, Hawaiian food. The band playing Hawaiian music to me with digital pianos and guitars while I drink my rum.
Not only that I started having visions of sandy beaches, blue sea and a band in all white playing classic guitars & keyboard pianos. I was having visions of me swimming with the dolphins. Vision of me with my Ray Ban sunglasses next to the pool getting a sun tan and sipping on Mojitos. I was so excited I couldn’t wait to leave England and land in the sunny Hawaii where the weather is constantly similar all year long.
I was praying to god, please don’t let this be a dream and then it happened, my mom came to my room and screamed at me it’s 1 pm how long are you going to sleep, WAKE UP!!. I was totally gutted.
